Leroy Bingham IV, Founder and President

In many ways, the personality of Abstract Innovations reflects that of its founder. And Leroy Bingham lets nothing stand in the way of getting the job done, whether it’s managing a rapidly expanding business, handling urgent client requests, or chauffeuring his family to Florida for annual vacations. He is a devoted husband and father who loves spending QT with his wife and three boys, and his determination to successfully balance all of life’s important aspects is what inspired him to establish Abstract Innovations in 2008. The objective: build a company that could give quality professionals greater professional flexibility and control, combined with opportunities to work on meaningful, challenging projects.

He began his love for quality and continuous improvement as a Technician for Diebold, Inc. Because of his strong work ethic and desire to become the best in his profession, he rapidly advanced in his career and his personal and professional pursuits. He became a quality engineer and a Lean Enterprise trainer for Yorktowne Cabinetry.

Before starting Abstract Innovations, he also was employed as a Quality Manager and in various capacities has worked with companies such as Chart Industries, Stork Industries, Albany International, and Baldour Reliance, to name a few, as a supplier representative. He worked on various contract quality projects as well. Most recently, he served as the Director of Quality for an Atlanta based supplier for automotive, medical, food, defense, and commercial industries. Leroy is an American Society for Quality senior member and is an ASQ Certified Manager of Quality and Organizational Excellence (CMQ/OE) and a Certified Quality Engineer (CQE). He has had extensive training in Lean Enterprise - University of Kentucky; ISO 9001 - Georgia Technical Institute and Lean Six Sigma – Villanova University.
